The D&O Diary was on assignment last week at the annual PLUS International Conference at the Hilton Anatole Hotel (pictured left) in Dallas, Texas. As always, the PLUS Conference involved a busy mix of meetings and receptions, and was highlighted by a surprisingly entertaining keynote address by former President George W. Bush.

I was fortunate while at the PLUS Conference to see many old friends and make many new friends. I was also absolutely delighted to meet many conference attendees who told me they read the D&O Diary. I have included a representative sample of the many pictures I took at the conference below. My congratulations to Conference Chair and Incoming PLUS President Heather Fox of ARC Excess & Surplus LLC for a very successful conference and to outgoing PLUS  President Jim Skarzynski of the Skarzynski Black law firm for his successful year leading the organization. Congratulations also to Jeff Lattman of Beecher Carlson for being awarded the PLUS Founder’s Award and Mike Sapner of TransRe for receiving the PLUS1 Award.
